Senior Interactive Designer

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Interactive Designer who will be expected to handle all day-to-day design production of Web Sites. The Senior Interactive Designer should have a gift for original thinking and a broad exposure to design and design styles. In addition, the Senior Interactive Designer should have a mastery of the tools involved in developing the interactive medium. He/she must have excellent communication skills and be a great team player. The Interactive Designer should be able to handle the most day-to-day interactions with existing projects without needing monitoring.

 

Responsibilities:     

- Produce all necessary design elements, assets, templates, pages, graphics, etc… based on established design direction, systems and Style Guide

- Collaborate with Senior Web Designer(s) and or Interactive Art Director(s) and Creative Director(s) to ensure designs are inline with overall creative direction and standards

- Ensure Style Guide is implemented and followed throughout the project

- Ensure design consistency and quality

Implement design feedback and revisions

 

Requirements:

- 2 – 4 years of work experience

- Strong conceptual thinking – both visual and interactive

- Fluency in Mac or PC platforms

- Fluency with the latest Photoshop and Illustrator

- Driven to define the look and feel of large, industry-leading sites.

- Strong leadership skills- ability to lead a team, manage and mentor junior designers

- Experience with Flash and HTNL development tools

- Proficiency with Flash motion development and basic understanding of ActionScripting is a plus

- Experience with 3d applications, video editing and sound design is a plus

Responsibilities include:

 - Work with clients to translate  business goals and KPIs into reporting  requirements

Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will maintain, strengthen, and grow relationships with key clients through thorough management of medium to large projects, has excellent and constant communication and flawless planning and organization. He/She is responsible for supervising and coordinating the efforts of the Creative, Multimedia, Production, Analytics, and Technology teams to effectively deliver upon contracted deliverables and client expectations. This position reports to the Production Manager and will play an important role in developing and leading internal initiatives to improve processes, provide mentoring and/or training to Project Coordinators.

Responsibilities include:
- Active ownership and accountability for all assigned projects through final delivery and client sign-off, ensuring full client satisfaction, meeting all timeline milestones and delivering within the approved budgets
- Early involvement, assisting sales with gathering requirements, documenting statements of work, creating estimates and timelines
- Develop and document project parameters including scope, schedule, budgets, specifications; create, update and monitor project plans for all projects
- Closely monitor budgets, establish plans and processes to avoid and/or resolve scope creep, budget overages, or efficiency issues
- Creating detailed project (creative, multimedia, technology, etc.) requirements through discussions and meetings with internal project team members across all departments; including functional specifications, creative briefs, wireframes
- Conduct and lead kick-off and status meetings regularly with clients and the internal team, ensure thorough communication with all stakeholders at all stages of every project
- Work closely with Senior Strategist to proactively communicate with clients about production recommendations, challenges and solutions

- Pro-actively grow client relationships by understanding and being sensitive to all aspects of their business, pro-actively determine needs to propose appropriate solutions and new projects that fit within their budgets
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of internal processes to allow for smooth execution of projects and improved efficiency across departments and project team members
- Assist Project Coordinators on other accounts; provide mentoring, training and best practices recommendations
- Cultivate and demonstrate an interest and awareness of trends and best practices as related to the Internet

Skills and Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- At least 4 years of Project Management experience in web development

- Experience managing web technology, back-end/application and hosting-related projects
